What are possessory rights (ROP)?
A right over untitled land, different from titled property registered at the Public Registry. We always state it on each listing; your lawyer should assess the risks and the process.
Are the market figures real?
They come from de-duplicated active listings and aggregated closings from a provider, refreshed nightly. While the sources are test fixtures we flag them as demonstration.
Which properties do you advertise?
Only our own inventory under a signed brokerage contract, in line with the JTBR Code of Ethics. Everything else is market data, never our offer.
How does rental management work?
We collect the rent, handle maintenance (you approve quotes with one click), inspect with photos and send you a monthly statement.
