   Due diligence

   With your lawyers and notary: titles, liens, fees. We coordinate; we do not give legal advice.

   Promise and escrow

   Deposit held in a third-party escrow account until closing, as the promise contract sets out.

6. 06

   Deed and Public Registry

   Registration and handover of keys.

7. 07

   Management

   If you rent it out, we take over: tenant, collections and monthly statement.
